Omoh Homes Group CEO Nicholus Okach Up For 2024 Person Of The Year Digitally Fit Awards

Omoh Homes Group Chief Executive Officer Nicholus Okach is among nominees to be awarded at a dinner event on July 19 for Person of the Year Digitally Fit Awards.

The event slated to take place at Nairobi’s Safari Park Hotel seeks to recognise companies, brands and businesses creating an impact online.

Speaking on the nomination and the awards ceremony, Mr. Okach indicated the services being spearheaded by Omoh Homes as a real estate firm are just but a first of its kind in the region.

“These structures are to ensure the end goal is to empower its clientele with the tools and knowledge they need to make informed decisions, ensuring they find the perfect home or achieve the best value for their property,” he said.

Mr Okach has been spearheading Omoh Homes to prides in itself as a company that seeks to bring together all services under one roof that include personalized property searches, expert market analysis, and comprehensive support throughout every transaction.

The firm’s flagship project dubbed The Consolata Gardens Estate in Malaa, Machakos county, will be a first of its kind in this region and also in Africa.
Once complete, it will be a fully green, eco-friendly gated community leveraging on mitigating the brazzen effects of climate change.

Further, as part of this project is also the Omoh Green Housing Initiative Project which will be rolled out in 17 counties across the country at almost 120 designated sites with a sharp focus being highlighted on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals on reduction of poverty levels and job creation being placed around the project.

The Award ceremony will take place on July 19,2024 with the awardees getting a chance to represent Kenya during the East Africa edition later in the year.
