Omoh Homes Group emerged as the the Most Promising Affordable Housing Program 2024 during the Real Estate 100 Awards, held on September 14, 2014 at the Sarova Panafric Hotel.

This monumental event was graced by numerous stakeholders in the real estate sector in the country.

On recieving acknowledgement of the accolade Omoh Homes exhuded confidence indicating that it stands as a testament to an unwavering commitment and dedication to deliver exceptional real estate solutions.

At the moment, Omoh Homes is pursuing a wave breaking partnership together with JamiiBora Trust aiming at constructing affordable housing units with a 2 bedroom unit set to go in the market for Sh 2.5 million and a 3 bedroom unit going for Sh 3.5 million.

At the same time, the firm is also in the pipeline on the implementation of its premiere project namely, The Arcana Gardens (T.A.G), with an estimated value of USD $150 Million, situated in Koma, Machakos County under the initiative dubbed The Omoh Coin Housing Initiative (T.O.C.H.I) consisting of upto 1,500 affordable housing units, comprising three different designs for Three (3) Bedroom all en suite Bungalow, Three (3) Bedroom with One Master en-suite and Three (3) bedroom with Two (2) en-suite plus a DSQ to be developed on a 100 acres.

The Project is set to be developed in Three (3) Phases with each phase consisting of 150 units.
